Is there a lock-in period?
No. All plans are without lock-in. You pay month to month (or yearly with a discount) and can cancel with immediate effect per the public pricing model.

Can I start free?
Yes. The Gratis plan does not require a card. Upgrade to Start or Pro when ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. On upgrade you typically only pay the difference for the rest of the period (via Stripe).
What’s included?
On public plans all core modules are included — you mainly pay for users and document volume, not to unlock features one by one. Support: email on Gratis/Start, priority on Pro (per pricing page).
What counts as a document?
Risk-free start (public policy)
