Short answer: A document that counts toward your limit is a processed voucher you create or collect (upload, email, e-Boks, scan) — typically supplier invoices and receipts you handle in Payfriend. Postings only mirrored/imported from the accounting system do not count toward the limit.
Why it matters
Plans Gratis, Start, and Pro have different document limits. If you don’t know what counts, it’s hard to pick a plan or understand an upgrade.
How it works in Payfriend
Usually counts | Usually doesn’t |
Supplier invoice created/processed in Payfriend | Posting only imported from e-conomic/Dinero/Billy |
Document scanned or uploaded | Pure history mirror without new processing |
Email / e-Boks item created as a document/bill | (See pricing page for any refinements) |
Gratis:25 documents total (lifetime — not per month).
Start:250 documents/month.
Pro:600 documents/month.
(Prices and numbers can change — always check pricing.)
What happens if you exceed?
Gratis: choose a paid plan to continue with more documents.
Start: automatic upgrade to Pro per the public pricing model.
Pro: you’re contacted about a fit-for-volume agreement.
