Group budget shows each company as a row and the year’s months as columns. You switch between Budget, Actual and Variance. At the bottom sits Group total.
The page is for group accounts. A bureau works inside the client’s own Payfriend, not here.
The holding company is a row with the Holding badge. Click Open sheet to go into that company’s own budget. Approvals, edits and new lines happen there.
This is a management sum. Intercompany trade is not removed. DKK and EUR are never added together.
Offset fiscal years
The columns are calendar months (January to December), not each company’s own periods 1 to 12.
A company on July to June sits in the same columns as a calendar-year company. July figures land in Jul. January figures from the offset year land in Jan. The columns still line up.
Pick the calendar year at the top (Year). The address is /enterprise/budget?aar=2026.
Before the page can open
Three things have to be in place. They are prerequisites, not faults in Payfriend.
The account is a group. That is set when the account is created. You cannot turn it on yourself. Message us if you are a group and land in the bureau console.
You have Group overview. Only owner and admin can have it. The owner turns it on under Team, the Group overview column. An admin can turn it on for other admins, not for the owner. Without it you land on Companies instead.
Budget is on for the group. It is an add-on. We turn it on. Without it, Budget does not show in the group menu.
If a company has its own budget module on, but the group does not, Group budget still does not open. The add-on has to sit on the group.
If a company is missing
A company with no active or locked budget in the chosen calendar year is not a zero row. It is listed under the sheet: Without a budget for [year], with the name as a link.
Go into the company, create or activate a budget for a year that overlaps the calendar year, and come back.
Draft and archived do not count.
If the sheet is empty: No budgets this year. Pick another year, or create a budget inside the companies.
Many companies: the page shows up to 50. The rest are named under the sheet.
