A reminder flow is a series of automatic reminders that can start when an invoice is overdue. You choose tone, channel, and timing.
Before you start
Invoicing module active
Templates/logo roughly ready
Internal agreement on how firm to be
On move-in: remember adopt reminders before imported cases can use the flow
Steps
1. Open Reminders / Flows
2. Create a new flow
Name it, e.g. “Standard B2B”.
3. Add steps
Example (adapt to your needs and local rules):
Day 0–3 after due: friendly email
+7 days: clearer email
+7 days: SMS + email
Stop / manual follow-up
4. Choose channels
Email and/or SMS. Check sender and template text.
5. Fees and deadlines (carefully)
If you add reminder fees, comply with applicable Danish rules. When in doubt: bookkeeper/lawyer. Verify current rates.
6. Activate the flow
7. (Optional) Approval mode
Some companies approve each reminder manually. Check the approval queue regularly if you use it.
Check that it worked
Flow is active
A test/overdue invoice gets scheduled steps

Common issues

Too many emails | Intervals too short | Lengthen intervals; softer start |
SMS fails | Missing number / SMS not configured | Update customer card; check settings |
