Customise invoice template and logo

Set logo, colours, and default texts on your invoices so they match your company and look professional.

Written by Nicki Elgaard

Your invoices should look like your company: logo, colours, payment info, and default texts. Configure this in templates under settings.

Before you start

  • High-resolution logo (PNG/SVG/JPG)

  • Correct company data (name, address, CVR, bank/payment slip)

  • Admin rights

Steps

1. Open templates

Go to Settings → Templates (or templates under invoicing).

2. Choose invoice template

Open the default, or create a new one if you have multiple brands.

3. Upload logo and set colours

Adjust header, accent colour, and layout within the editor options.

4. Fill default texts

Payment terms, footer notes, VAT text / bank details.

5. Save and preview

Create a draft invoice and check PDF/preview.

6. Update company details

If CVR/address is wrong on the invoice: fix under company settings.

Check that it worked

  • Logo is sharp on PDF

  • CVR and address are correct

  • Payment info is visible to the customer
