Payfriend does not replace your bookkeeper — but you can work together in the same system. Invite them as a user with a role that matches what they should be allowed to do.

Agreement on whether they may pay bills / change integrations
Steps
1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Invite user
Enter email.
3. Choose role
Give no more rights than needed — especially bank and payments. Admin is rarely needed for an external bookkeeper.
4. Have them accept the invite
They create a login (or sign in) and join your company.
5. Enable 2FA
Recommend two-factor for everyone with access to financial data.
Check that it worked
They appear under Team
They see the right menus
They cannot do what you intentionally locked down
