Change or cancel your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel under Settings → Subscription. No lock-in. See what happens to document limits and data.

Written by Nicki Elgaard

You manage subscription under Settings → Subscription. There is no lock-in on public plans.

Before you start

  • You’re an admin on the company

  • You know current usage (users + documents)

  • Payment card ready if upgrading from Gratis

How to upgrade or downgrade

1. Open Subscription

Settings → Subscription.

2. Choose new plan

Start or Pro (or a lower tier if the UI allows).

3. Confirm payment

Paid plans charge via Stripe. Mid-period upgrades typically charge only the difference for the remainder.

4. Confirm limits updated

New user and document limits apply after the change.

How to cancel

1. Subscription → cancel / manage

Follow the control to cancel or move to Gratis, depending on what’s offered.

2. Confirm

Public model claims immediate effect regarding lock-in — read the in-app confirmation for access during a paid period.

3. Export what you need

Take reports/PDFs you need before you lose paid capacity.

What happens to data?

Company data is not automatically wiped on plan change. Full account deletion follows privacy policy and any delete process — contact support to close completely.
